TECHNO Erasmus Mundus project
We are pleased to present you the TECHNO project, supported by the European Commission under the Erasmus Mundus partnership program. TECHNO mobility program is aiming at fostering mutual enrichment and better understanding through the mobility of persons, knowledge and skills at higher education level.
TECHNO Project - A collaborative partnership
Euro-Asia partnership to promote Engineering Technology Education and Research Exchanges (TECHNO) is an Erasmus Mundus Action Two Partnership (EMA2) between European and South-East Asian Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and Associations. The TECHNO consortium includes 19 partners from 11 countries:
China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Thailand and France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Austria. TECHNO promotes mobility's programs toward Europe in domain of Applied Science and Engineering:
Mobility of undergraduate and postgraduate students
Mobility of PhD students
Academic and administrative staff mobility
TECHNO Project - A Win-Win partnership
Within the framework of a strong partnership, TECHNO project supports the transfer of knowledge between European and South-East Asian countries. This network will create opportunities for future projects in research and education and we are expected relevant benefits such as:
promotion of a close, collaborative relationship with several leading European universities in a number of academic disciplines at a variety of levels benefits from good practices to implement ECTS and Bologna Process in university
development of curriculum range in Engineering and Technology in the faculties of Agriculture, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Science;
development of research projects focusing on or incorporating third country issues, and possible partners for such research;
improvements in International cooperation, already set up with the Erasmus program and cooperation agreement
TECHNO Project - An opportunity partnership
TECHNO project will offer Asian students the opportunity to follow studies across Europe thanks to a large range of courses offered. The partnership will offer the chance to study in one of the following European cities: Toulouse, Roma, Girona, Leeds, Bournemouth or Vienna. Each applicant will value their capacities and skills and contribute to international knowledge sharing.
