Non EU students not residing in Italy

When the Italian Embassy/Consulate in your country finally issue your Study Visa, you can enter Italy. From the day of your entry, you have eight days to request to the QUESTURA the residence permit by filling out the appropriate kit. If you have problems in filling out the residence permit request you can contact the Welcome Office.
To complete the enrollment, it will be necessary to go to the International Students Office (Via Cracovia n. 50 - Building D floor 0) with your passport/identification document, the documentation in original uploaded on the Delphi system and the valid residence permit for non-EU citizens only.
In case of any irregularity in the provided documentation related to the foreign degree, the registration will be automatically cancelled ex officio.

If you are a non-EU student resident abroad and you have not ranked among the admitted applicants, within the terms established by the MIUR (The Ministry of Education, Universities and Research) after the publication on the website (www.studiare-in-italia.it) you can apply for:
a) The admission to another program at the same University
b) The reassignment for the same program or another, in a different University*
*The application for point b) must to be provided to the dean of the University where you want to move and also to the Dean of the University where you sit for the test.
Check the public call of the specific programme for the procedure of re-assignment.
NOTE: Students who did not pass the admission test or who do not obtain the collocation in another University or program, despite a qualifying score, must leave Italy within and not later than the expiry date of the visa or of the residence permit for study purpose (except for those holding other residence permits which allow them to stay legally after that date).
