Online educational strategies and traditional place-based classroom methods.
BLA Erasmus project aims at recognizing innovative learning approaches by combining online educational strategies with traditional place-based classroom methods. Universities involved are NOVA University Lisbon, the Autonomous University of Madrid, and Tor Vergata University of Rome.
The Consortium will reward the best blended-learning courses in each of the three universities in different areas of knowledge and the efforts of their faculty to respond to the COVID-19 challenge of distance education.
Tor Vergata University of Rome organizes the Blended Learning Days event on April 7th (10.00-13.00), and it is possible to attend in the presence (School of Economics – room TL) or on remote (TEAMs).
About the Seminar
The seminar will discuss the best practices in blended learning and present some tools and applications for teaching effectively online. The event will also point out some preliminary findings on the impact of the virtual mobility policy adopted by Higher Education Institutions and the inclusivity issues.
At the end of the event, the best practice of blended courses offered by Tor Vergata in the last semester will be awarded by an international Jury.
The intended target audience and students, faculty, and staff involved in blended learning and virtual mobility policy. The event is free of charge, and all participants will receive the materials and the presentations done during the event. The event will be organized in a blended model, and participants may select to attend in the presence or remote (TEAMs).
