The Master's Degree in Business Administration is designed for students who wish to deepen their expertise in advanced business and management studies and pursue an international career.
The programme equips graduates with the analytical tools and interpretative frameworks necessary to understand complex business systems and their competitive environments. Students develop the ability to analyse corporate behaviour, manage organisational processes and oversee strategic and operational functions, particularly in contexts shaped by technological and organisational innovation.
The two-year programme combines advanced coursework with a final project, which may also take the form of an internship.
The curriculum includes core courses that build upon prior undergraduate preparation in business and economics. These typically cover:
• Strategic Management
• Cost Accounting, Planning and Control
• Organisational Behaviour
• Business Analitycs
• Economic Choice Modelling
• Regulation and Competition Policies
• International Commercial Law
Students then select specialised courses aligned with their chosen academic and professional pathway. Areas of specialisation include:
• Controlling, Auditing & Risk Management
• Marketing and Sales
• Management
• Supply Chain Management
• HR in Transformational Change
The academic experience is enriched by seminars and guest lectures delivered by business leaders and industry professionals, offering students direct insight into contemporary managerial practices and strategic decision-making. During the second year, students are strongly encouraged to undertake internships in companies or organisations in order to gain practical experience and strengthen their professional profile.
Graduates acquire advanced managerial and analytical competencies applicable across key business functions, including:
• Consulting
• Marketing and strategic management
• Finance and accounting
• Human resource management
• Operations and production
• Public administration and non-profit management
The programme emphasises flexibility and a broad managerial perspective. Given the dynamic and rapidly evolving nature of global markets, graduates are prepared to adapt to technological change and organisational transformation throughout their careers.
