The Department of Mathematics of Tor Vergata University of Rome aims to encourage the carrying out of scientific research and teaching-training activities in the field of Pure and Applied Mathematics.
The Department promotes and coordinates the research and evaluation activities carried out within the disciplinary sectors related to Mathematics, with the aim of pursuing excellence and promoting merit.
The Department promotes collaborations, conventions and contracts with both public and private subjects to create synergies that favor the development of research and teaching activities.
The Department of Mathematics promotes measures aimed at strengthening internationalization through the mobility of teachers and students, promotes integrated programs of study and inter-university cooperation initiatives for study and research activities.
