Human Rights: Tor Vergata supports Iranian women in their call for solidarity
Tor Vergata University of Rome member of RUniPace supports the battle of Iranian women.
The Network of Italian Universities for Peace - RUniPace expresses its closeness and solidarity to the students of Iranian nationality enrolled in Italian universities and more generally to all Iranian women and to the many young Iranian men who are courageously protesting these days.
"The death of Mahsa Amini in Tehran and of five other women who took to the streets to protest deeply shakes our consciences" - underline Enza Pellecchia and Marco Mascia, Coordinator and Coordinator of the Network - "we cannot remain indifferent to the violation of fundamental human rights.
