Language Cafè for Staff
Starting January 30th 2026
Thanks to the UNIVERSEH Alliance, the Language Café for Staff is launching—an initiative open to all staff members of our University and of the other Alliance universities (Cracow, Luleå, Luxembourg, Namur, Toulouse, and Düsseldorf). The Language Café for Staff is therefore ideal for anyone interested in practicing a foreign language through conversation in an informal and relaxed setting.
Objectives
- Learn a language with a native speaker through informal conversations in a relaxed environment.
- Promote intercultural exchange.
- Foster networking among colleagues from other Alliance universities.

Language Levels
All language levels are available.
When
From 13:00 to 13:30 – one session every two weeks starting from 30 January 2026.
Format
Sessions will be held online. Participants will receive the access link before each session.
How to Register
To register, click HERE. Registration will remain open for the entire duration of the sessions.
Optional: Tutor
During registration, participants may also apply as a tutor by indicating their native language, which they will use to converse with other colleagues and help them improve their language skills.
Optional: Language Tandem for Staff
In addition to the Language Café for Staff, staff members can take part in the UNIVERSEH Language Tandem for Staff program. Participants are matched with colleagues from partner universities based on the language they wish to learn and the language they can offer.
