Alex Robinson
Hello Guys! I'm Alex (from Jamaica) a third-year Global Governance student – majoring in Political Science, Law, and History, in the faculty of Economics and a second time UTV Buddy Program participant. Being a part of this wonderful initiative for the Academic Year 2021/2022, I had the great pleasure of giving back to our community of The University of Rome “Tor Vergata” by volunteering through this program, which was empowering for me and also afforded me the opportunity to empower other students – helping them in my small way to reach for all their goals and dreams at the beginning of their new academic careers. The experience was phenomenal, getting to know and being in dialogue with students from a varied culturally diverse and bountifully backgrounds, reminding me daily of my country’s national motto: 'Out of Many One People' - It was truly rewarding, and words cannot adequately express my gratitude, but I can say that I am excited to meet this year’s incoming students, with all their new ideas, possibilities, connections, and the many questions that they bring!
Emma Ricci
My name is Emma Ricci and I have just finished my first year as a Global Governance student. I took this path because I have always had many different interests and the multidisciplinary approach offered by the course was right for me. I love music in all its forms, I play the guitar as self-taught and I play the piano but the thing I like most is singing; I have always done sports at a competitive level, for a life synchronized swimming and now tennis, I love traveling, reading and writing, and every now and then I also delight in painting; I love being outdoors and I like to experiment in the kitchen especially with desserts, I hope I will be able to convey the atmosphere of our campus, welcome to Tor Vergata!

Well, If you want posso anche aiutarvi in Italiano ;)
Costance McKenna
‘My name is Constance McKenna and I am a Masters Degree Student who is studying Art History: From Late Antiquity to the Present. I am very fortunate to study the astonishing history of art in Italy. You’ll most likely find me in Museum or Church. I am from Ireland yet I am enjoying the experience of studying and living abroad. What I like most about Tor Vergata is how international we are as a University. My interests aside include art history, music, travel, food and current affairs.’
Amin Alizadeh
"I am Amin, and now I am entering my second year of studying Master of Economics which is entirely taught in English. I am from Iran, and as an international student, I had to realize many things about Italy, Rome, and Tor Vergata in my first year.
I know myself as a person with multiple interests and potential, so I have put myself in various situations in Rome. If it's about how to enter the sports team of Tor Vergata (especially football cause I am there), how to enroll for Erasmus/Double Degree programs, how to visit museums or an opera/ballad show in Rome for free, which churches are the most awesome, where to go for a romantic evening, or what are the best cities to take a trip to for a weekend, I can probably help you. Feel free to ask."
Bianca Lustrino
Ciao!
Grazie a GG sto crescendo molto, soprattutto a livello.
