NeoSpace Challenge & UNIVERSEH Student Conference on Space Sustainability

Applications are open for the NeoSpace Challenge & UNIVERSEH Student Conference on Space Sustainability, taking place in Luxembourg on 19-20 October 2026, alongside NeoSpace Europe 2026, the professional space conference organised by the Luxembourg Space Agency.
The programme is open to Bachelor's, Master's and doctoral candidates, individually or in teams of up to six members.
Event Details
19 October - NeoSpace Challenge
- Three core areas: Next-Gen Downstream, Biotech in Space or Space Operations
- Online preparation and mentoring: 15–28 September
- Selected projects announced: 2 October
- Top-selected contributions pitch at NeoSpace Europe on 20 October
20 October - UNIVERSEH Student Conference on Space Sustainability
Participants present and discuss a previous or current mission concept, activity or research idea related to one of the three event domains.
Selected participants also receive full access to NeoSpace Europe 2026.
Financial support may include:
- up to €150 towards travel expenses;
- up to two nights' accommodation with breakfast;
- catered lunches.
