The Course is aimed at the training of international operators and experts in current strategies of tourism planning.
The establishment of the Course responds to a wide demand for training and employment prospects in tourism, expressed by Italian and foreign students who are already engaged in bachelor degrees in tourism and other sectors of our Universities as well as the other national and international ones.
The Course offers two curricula:
– E-Tourism, Heritage and Made in Italy, taught in English;
– Tourism Planning and Management, taught in Italian.
Both tracks share a strong common core and allow for a coherent and flexible learning path.
The Programme adopts an interdisciplinary approach aimed at training professionals capable of operating in complex tourism systems, with a specific focus on cultural heritage enhancement and Made in Italy production systems. It addresses the major transformations affecting contemporary tourism by training graduates able to design, manage and evaluate sustainable and culturally driven tourism strategies. It integrates humanities, economic, legal and managerial skills, placing cultural heritage at the core of territorial and business competitiveness. Special emphasis is given to innovation, sustainability and the international dimension of tourism markets.
The Programme aims to provide advanced knowledge of tourism and cultural systems, fostering critical analysis and operational skills in the design, management and evaluation of tourism policies.
Graduates acquire tools to work in cultural heritage enhancement, territorial marketing, tourism and cultural enterprise management, as well as strategic planning at local, national and international levels.
The Course trains professionals such as:
– experts in tourism system planning and management;
– cultural tourism managers;
– specialists in heritage enhancement and territorial marketing;
– consultants for Made in Italy enterprises and public institutions.
Career opportunities include public administration, tourism and cultural enterprises, museums, foundations, consultancy firms and national or international organizations.
