Department of History, Humanities and Society
Tor Vergata School of Humanities
The Department of History, Humanities and Society includes historical disciplines, archaeology, music and performing arts, historical-artistic disciplines, and geographical, philosophical and social ones. The Department is composed of about 80 professors and researchers, 15 technical and administrative resources, and it hosts seven Study and Research Centers.
It is devoted to interdisciplinary research and dissemination of knowledge. For this purpose, it supports the development of international exchanges in the scientific and educational fields with national and international universities and research institutions.
