Students Welcome 2026
A traditional event dedicated to welcoming and orientation activities for all new students arriving at Tor Vergata University of Rome.
We are pleased to announce the new format of the Students Welcome event: The Students Welcome is a traditional event dedicated to welcoming and providing orientation to all new students joining Tor Vergata University of Rome.
The new format will consist of a series of dedicated days mainly focused on presenting University offices and services that will be particularly useful to new students during the first months of the academic year.
Each day will conclude with social activities organised by the Student Ambassadors.
- The first event of the semester will take place on September 16th at the School of Engineering, Aula Convegni, starting at 8:45 a.m.
- A second and third event, whose dates are yet to be confirmed, will take place in October and November respectively, following the same format. The dates and locations will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
Welcome Office Support
In addition, during opening hours, the Welcome Office will continue to provide enrolment support and information on:
- Tor Vergata University (General information);
- National Health Service (SSN);
- Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale);
- Bank (to get information about and/or open a bank account);
- Acommodation;
- CLA (University Language Centre);
- CLICI (Centre for Italian Language and Culture);
- CUS Tor Vergata (Tor Vergata University Sports Centre);
- Agevola (Discounts for Tor Vergata community);
- Anti-violence Center – (School of Humanities, Tor Vergata University)
- Pro-Ben (Psychological and Psychiatric Support)
